Can I use Inventory on the itemit mobile app?

Yes. Inventory is in the itemit app for iOS and Android, as well as the web app. To open it, go to the Alerts tab and tap Inventory.

#What you can do in the app

• Search your products by name or code, and filter the list to Low or Out.

• Open a product to see what's on hand, reserved and available at each location, and its recent activity.

• Record any movement with Move stock: Receive, Issue, Reserve, Release, Transfer or Adjust.

• Create and edit products, add variants, and add a product to a new location with a starting quantity and a Warn below level.

#Good to know

• You need an internet connection to record stock movements.

• Adjust needs a note in the app too. Tap a reason, such as Stocktake or Damaged, to fill it in.

• Switching on New Inventory and migrating your old item quantities are done in the web app. See "How do I turn on Inventory?"
