How do I move stock from one location to another?

Use Transfer, for example to restock a van from the warehouse. The product's total doesn't change: the stock just moves. You need the Transfer stock permission.

#Steps

1. Open the product and click Move on the row you're moving stock from.

2. Choose Transfer.

3. Check From, and choose where it's going under To.

4. Enter the quantity, and add a note if it helps.

5. Check the figures for both locations, then confirm.

To only lists locations that already hold the product. To send stock somewhere new, click Add location at the top of that list, add the location, and then carry on with the transfer.
