How do I view or export my stock report?

Go to Reports › Product Inventories. It lists one row for each product, variant and location, so you can see exactly what's where.

#What's in the report

The columns are Product Name, SKU, UoM, Variant, Location, Location Path, On Hand, Reserved, Loaned, Available, Reorder Point and Status. Reorder Point is the Warn below level.

• Filter by location or status, or search for a product.

• Show 25, 50 or 100 rows per page.

• Click a row to open the product.

#Exporting it

Click Export to download the rows as a CSV file, with the filters you've applied. You'll then see your export history. Exporting is available on the Pro plan and Pro trials, to users with permission to export data.

#The old report

The report that showed item quantities is still there, now called Per-item Inventory. It shows the old quantities on items, which don't change any more. For current stock, use Product Inventories.
